To transfer a Domain Name to Hotchilli Internet you will need the following information:

Hotchilli's Nominet UK TAG is "CSLTECH"

For UK domain names (.co.uk/.org.uk/.ltd.uk/.plc.uk)

Only the owner of the domain name may request a TAG transfer. Once this is done and visible on a domain WHOIS, Hotchilli will be able to modify the DNS settings for the domain. Please allow up to 12 hours for the DNS to propagate and for the domain to become visible on the Internet. The ISP that you are transferring the domain from will probably ask for the request to be faxed to them on some headed paper. You can use our transfer form and print it on your headed paper.

Hotchilli's Melbourne IT (Internet Names WorldWide (INWW)) Channel Partner account is "CSLTECH"

Hotchilli is a Channel Partner with INWW, an ICANN accredited registrar and can transfer TLD domains from any Registrar to INWW.

If the domain is with INWW. We require the Registry key, a template is then sent to INWW, this is an instant transfer to us and incurs 1 year automatic renewal.

If your domain is not with INWW, please let us know and we will arrange either a DNS change or a transfer.

Hotchilli can make the necessary changes for domains administered by Nomination or CentralNIC. This service is free, just request this change at the time of ordering your hosting account. An email will be sent to the administrative contact as shown on a WHOIS query, will be alerted Your old ISP will have to agree to the changes by email to Nomination or CentralNIC.

You may also use our transfer form and print it on your headed paper and fax it to your old ISP.
